- At this point, log into OCLC to search for your respective record
- Once you find the record, make sure you update the holdings before you click on export
- Confirm that the record landed in your folder
- Open marc edit
- Click on Marc Tools
- Once opened, you browse for your exported file and save under a preferred location. Check Translate to UTF8 before clicking on Execute
- If done correctly, your record will show up as processed below. Click on Edit Records to open the marc record and make any tweaks and edits.
- When done editing your record, click on the compile records button to save the file to your preferred location.
