University Technology will offer support for Macs on the four topics listed below in the form of documentation linked from this page. Methods of accessing or utilizing Drew services from a Mac other than those listed, and any other Mac functionalities not explicitly mentioned in these pages, are the sole responsibility of the customer. All procedures have been tested on University owned Macs and are known to be working as of the published date of each document. Any problems or errors that arise in following these directions most likely indicates issues specific to the customer's computer and should be referred to an Apple store Store or similar resource.  Changes to our support programs for Macs will be updated here as necessary.
