Sometimes articles are available for free from Pub Med. You'll notice an icon in the upper right corner. Clicking the icon leads to full text. 
If there is no indication that PubMed has free Full text, copy the PMID number. 
Navigate to the Electronic Journals list: Research Resources>Electronic Journals (blue column to the left).
