Isn't Hartshorne's talk of "the strictly universal features of existential possibility" simply another, verbally different way of talking about "the necessary conditions of the possibility of any (concrete) existent"?

And what could be meant by "the common elements of all existential possibilities" if not "the necessary conditions of any positive existential possibility"?
