Browser Compatibility Statement
Ellucian provides the following Customer Center Browser Compatibility PDF, identifying these browsers as ones in which you can access the Customer Center:
- Chrome
- Firefox
- Microsoft Edge (Version 41.1 or later)
- Safari
Internet Explorer is NOT supported.
Step-by-step guide
- If you do not already have access to the Ellucian Hub:
- Go to https://ellucian.okta.com/ <enter>
- On the bottom right there is a prompt to 'Sign Up for a Hub account'
- follow Follow the instructions and submit
- You will receive an email in a couple of days
- If you already have access to the Ellucian Hub:
- Go the same link, to https://ellucian.okta.com/
- enter Enter your user name username and password
...
- Click Sign In
