Certain details, that do not apply to all instances/holdings/items can and should be migrated on a 2nd or 3rd pass. These include:
- checking the "Suppress from discovery" box for shadowed instances, holdingsRecords, and items
- adding bound-with connections to the instanceRelationships db table???
