- When done editing your record, click on the compile records button to save the file to your preferred location.
- Now that you have your marc record, you need to upload it to: https://walter.drew.edu/cgi-bin/folio/bibServices/dashboard.pl
- Check off your name. Check off upload a MARC record. Password: busybee. Log in. Click on choose file and click upload.
- Confirm that the instance being created matches the record you are bringing in. Click make it so if it is.
- The red link provided takes you to to Folio. There you will add a holding, call number and add the item. Once you have have done so, click make it so.
- After a few moments, the make it so button will lead to this page. On this page, you can delete the instance and record if you have changed your mind about adding this title to folio. If not, this page will link to the Walter by clicking on on the solrID. You want to click on this to make sure that your record is now in Walter and matches Folio.
