Step-by-step guide
- Log into the Ellucian Hub
- Select the Ellucian Support Center application (chicklet)
- Select the Dashboard Option
- Use the drop list to select Product Calendar Dashboard
- Select the Product desired from the Releases by Product dashboard.
- Drill down into the product to select the release you want.
- Drill down into the release to see more information about that release. If you want to see a larger view of the release schedules and dates, use the Releases by Product table (select here for full report).

- Customer Center at https://ellucian.okta.com/ or https://www.ellucian.com/customer-center
- Follow the Product Calendar link in the Helpful Links box
- Use the Status, Date Released, or Major Product Lines drop down menus to refine your view (click Refresh after making selections).
- Select a chart element to get a summary about a particular release.
- Click the release name link for more detail on that release.
- Click the Follow Release option to keep track of the release.
- Your Customer Center home page displays the items you follow beneath your and your institution's cases.
