The Notebooks of Schubert Ogden
Systematic theology includes as integral parts or aspects of itself:
(1) dogmatic theology; and
(2) moral theology.
The first, dogmatic theology, concerns itself with the properly metaphysical implications of Christian faith and witness, and thus with credenda = things that are to be believed, given the self-understanding of Christian faith.
The second, moral theology, concerns itself with the proper!y moral implications of Christian faith and witness, and thus with agenda = things that are to be done, given the self-understanding of Christian faith.
