Certain details, that do not apply to all instances/holdings/items can and should be migrated on a 2nd or 3rd pass. These include:
- adding bound-with connections to the instanceRelationships db table
- while loading MARC records into the marcRecords db table a bunch of catalogKeys had multiple MARCs - figure out what is up with that
