1. copy allBannerInfo.txt from C:\Users\sirsimaint\Desktop\API to /opt/folio/users on Tipple
2. perl postUsersPerBanner.pl
3. vi postUsersPerBanner.txt
   1. look for barcodes sans UUIDs which indicate that, for whatever reason, FOLIO did not accept the JSON
   2. rm postUsersPerBanner.txt

• it's time to reach out to Scott Wood to find out if he can deliver the allBannerInfo.txt file to Tipple
