Instructions if they call for help enrolling:

Log ticket (Duo Security type, change reporter to the caller)
Direct them to drew.edu/duo (or https://s.drew.edu/scripts/ut/2factor/)
Instruct them to follow the directions, providing their phone number and installing the app on their phone
After they are enrolled, ask them to visit drew.edu/duo again and to use the "Send Me a Push" button to make sure everything is working. They can "Log Out" using the button at the bottom once they are finished.
Close the ticket. Log time worked.

If the drew.edu/duo shortcut isn't working, or the link in their activation email isn't working, and you can send people a new link, send them this one: https://s.drew.edu/scripts/ut/2factor/

If they call because they can't log in, follow the steps at Duo Security Compulsory Enrollment. Duo label on the General ticket, username in ticket, 24 hours conversation, all that jazz.
