What is the Ellucian Customer Center?

This is the secured location where Ellucian provides access to documentation libraries, communities (places to ask others in your field questions about their use of Ellucian products), the support center (for asking questions of Ellucian support), and other resources. 

The Customer Center replaces the former Ellucian HUB.

Browser Compatibility Statement

Ellucian provides the following Customer Center Browser Compatibility PDF, identifying these browsers as ones in which you can access the Customer Center:

• Chrome
• Firefox
• Microsoft Edge (Version 41.1 or later)
• Safari

Internet Explorer is NOT supported.

Step-by-step guide

1. If you do not already have access to the Ellucian Hub:
   
   1. Go to https://www.ellucian.com/customer-center
   2. Click the 'Sign Up' button
   3. Follow the instructions and submit
   4. You will receive an email in a couple of days 
2. If you already have access to the Ellucian Hub:
   
   1. Go to https://www.ellucian.com/customer-center
   2. Click the 'Sign In' button
   3. Enter your username and password
   4. Click Sign In

If you have trouble being directed properly, try clearing your browser cache and cookies or using a different browser. If that doesn't work, follow the "Contact Us" link to report the problem to Ellucian.
