To Set Up An Account

From your Drew email account, compose an email to CommunityRegistration@evisions.com with your Name and Institution.
You will receive an email from helpdesk@evisions.com welcoming you to the Evisions Customer Community within a few days.
Follow the link in the email to complete your registration.

To Log In To the Evisions Community

Please note: Evisions recommends using the Chrome or Firefox browsers.

Resources Within the Evisions Community

Browsing the community pages, you will find sections devoted to specific products, such as Argos. Within that area, you can find Discussions, Knowledge Articles, an Argos User Guide, Argos Tips and Tricks, and options for asking questions of the community.

Click on the session that interests you.
Confirm the time and date in the drop down.

Evisions Technical Publications - YouTube

On YouTube, there is an Evisions Technical Publications channel with training videos on various subjects. We recommend:

Argos 5.4 Report Viewer Training
- Those who know about the Argos roles may want to skip to the 7:12 time mark.
Argos 5.4 Report Writer Training
- Covers (among other things) the different types of report formats: Dashboards, Extracts, CSV and Banded.
Argos 5.4 DataBlock Designer Training
- This video is helpful for report writers so that they can better understand the DataBlocks they use to create their reports.
- At the beginning, you may find a portion of the video slow. Please be patient, as the information you are waiting for is very valuable!
