Service points are places where people work with FOLIO's UI and are associated with both Users (via the servicePointsUsers db table) and Locations (which require a servicepoints.id in the primaryServicePoint field and at least one, even if it is the same one, in the servicePointIds array.) If an item is returned to a service point other than the one that its holdings record is associated with it will be put into transit. 

These service points have been created via API with /opt/folio/api/POST/servicepoints.pl:

• Circulation & Reserves
• Electronic Resources
• Government Documents
• Inter-Library Loan
• Research & Reference
• Technical Services
• Wilson Reading Room

The shelving lag time and hold shelf expiration period were set for Circulation & Reserves "by hand" - 6/16/2020
