There is only one row (which has two columns: id and rulesAsText) in this db table and I haven't yet seen a clue re what the table's name might be.

The rulesAsText field begins with priority: t, s, c, b, a, m, g\n in which 

• t = loan type
• s = locations
• c = libraries
• b = campuses
• a = institution
• m = material type
• g = patron group

The priorities are followed by rules each of which begins with one of the above and is followed by one of each of the following policy types

• l = loan policy
• r = request policy
• n = patron notice policy
• o = overdue fine policy
• i = lost item fee policy
