More on "Possible Worlds"

Instead of simply avoiding the term "possible worlds," why not use it, the while explaining that a possible world is more or less indeterminate and so really a kind of world(s), anyone of which kind, if and when it becomes actual, will be fully determinate, and so indefinitely more determinate than the kind as such

In other words, why not explain that only an actual world is fully determinate, "possible world," by its very meaning, referring to something only more or less indeterminate?
