Each item for Reserve is associated with a specific Term (semester), Department, and Course Type. The Term, Department, and Course Types
are defined in the Apps -> Settings module:
Select the Settings → Courses to define each of the three attributes: Term (eg. Spring 2021 – including dates), Department, and Course Type (CLA, CSGS, THEO)
if they are not already present. The Academic Calendar (available via the Drew TreeHouse Home page) will provide the Start and End dates for the semester. The Class Schedules
provides detailed information on Course Name, Course Code (number eg. SOC 324) and Instructor.
The next step in setting up an item for Reserves is to define the Course. Select Apps -> Courses
