  • HVAC (fans working independently of chillers and filters changed constantly--HEPA)

 

 

  • Water tanks

 

 

  • Pumps

 

 

  • Special equipment

 

 

Unusual or off-hours activity

 

 

Construction/renovation areas

 

 

Unusual sounds or smells

 

 

Evidence of water leakage (walls, ceiling, floors)

 

 

Known problem areas

 

 

Refrigerators and freezers are plugged in and operating
(Staff room and Conservation room)

 

 

Small appliances are unplugged (See APPENDIX 2 for Maps)

 

 

Sinks and toilets are in working order

 

 

Electrical hazards that develop from structural weakness/leaking
