Literature Resource Center by Gale is one of the databases that require you to download a file of citations and then upload it into Endnote web.

In Literature Resource Center:

  1. Either go to the citation you wish to save, or select the citations and go to the Marked records folder.
  2. Choose "Citation Tools"
  3. In the window that comes up, in the "Export to third party Software" section choose Procite (for some reason the Endnote version doesn't work!.
  4. Click the Export button.
  5. Save the file (by default it will probably be called "Download Document.ris")

In MyEndnoteWeb:

  1. Login to MyEndnoteWeb
  2. Click on the Collect tab
  3. Click on "Import New References"
  4. Next to File, Click on the Browse button and find the pdqweb file you downloaded (look in F:\My Documents\Downloads)
  5. Next to format, choose Procite
  6. next to To: select the folder you want to put the files in.
  7. Click Import
