Friends and supporters gathered at the January 29, 2011 Gala in Mead Hall following a program at Kirby Theatre that featured Pulitzer Prize- winning author Annette Gordon-Reed.
John and Cathie Crawford served as Honorary Chairs for the dinner. During the cocktail hour, Drew President Robert Weisbuch and John H. Crawford III, head of the Board of Trustees, offered greetings. Dean of Libraries Andrew Scrimgeour and Noemi K. Neidorff announced the recipients of the 2010 Kornitzer Book Awards. Dinner followed in the warm atmosphere of Mead Hall.
