On the Ministry
1. The basic distinction is between the constitutive and the constituted ministry -- or between the ministry constitutive of the church and the ministry constituted by the church.
2. The second, constituted ministry, or ministry constituted by the church, is also appropriately called the representative ministry.
3. Consequently, there is the further distinction between the constitutive and the representative ministry.
