As you know, cyber crime remains an extremely high risk for universities and colleges across America including ransomware attacks. In addition to the risk, there is also a high price to be paid for cyber insurance. One of the main factors in our cost is the level of awareness training completed by our faculty and staff.
Invitations to take assigned training will come from do-not-reply@training.knowbe4.com. The message should not be flagged as spam; however, should you have a question about the authenticity of the email you receive, you can call the Technology User Experience team at 973-408-4357 or forward the email to ux@drew.edu. If you have questions about the requirement to participate in this training, please speak with your supervisor or the Human Resources department.
Logging In for the First Time
- To log in, follow the link in the email you received or visit training.knowbe4.com.
Enter your Drew email address.
Click Next.
Only Drew faculty and staff are enrolled in the KnowBe4 system.
If your email does not match a record in KnowBe4, you will see the following error:
Please confirm that you entered your complete Drew email address (including @drew.edu). If you still see that error, please reach out to the UT User Experience team with the email account you are typing in.
You will see a confirmation page letting you know to check your email.
Visit mail.drew.edu to find the email from KnowBe4. It comes from do-not-reply@knowbe4.com and is titled "Confirmation Instructions".
Follow the link in the email to "Activate my account".
You will see your Drew email address and your first and last name. Fill in your desired password (which should NOT be the same as your Drew password) in both fields and click Log In.
Moving forward, you can log in by visiting training.knowbe4.com, entering your Drew email address, and then entering the password you create this first time.
Training
When you are enrolled in a training campaign, you will be notified via an email from do-not-reply@training.knowbe4.com. The email's subject is "You've been enrolled in training".
Follow the link in the email and log in. **Note: If you have not yet set up your password, follow the steps above to do so.
After logging in to KnowBe4, you will see your Dashboard. It will look similar to this:
Click on the "Go to Training" button or the Assignment Name and complete the training.
Resetting Your KnowBe4 Password
The password you set on your KnowBe4 account should not match a password you use for any other account.
If you forget it, you can follow the directions below to reset it.
