3. Where can I get help with my mobile device (smart phone, tablet, etc.)?
Students who would like help getting their email set up can come to either the STEL or Helpdesk for assistanceIf you are having trouble using your mobile device, you may bring it down to the Helpdesk. We will be using a Best Effort Policy, meaning that we will support the software on these devices to the best of our abilities. If you would like help with using your mobile device, you can go to the STEL, but this won't be considered a high priority case.
4. Does University Technology serve students at all three schools? (cross link STEL page, with dissertations too?)
Yes. Students from the undergraduate, graduate, and theological school all receive technical support from University Technology.
