Interim measures or restrictions, such as no contact orders or geographical restrictions, may be imposed at the discretion of the University. Interim Suspensions from University housing or the entire campus measures or restrictions may be administered prior to a determination of responsibility in the student conduct process when there is a reasonable basis to believe that there is an immediate threat of harm to the health, safety, or well-being of the community.
