Browser Compatibility Statement

Ellucian provides the following Customer Center Browser Compatibility PDF, identifying these browsers as ones in which you can access the Customer Center:

• Chrome
• Firefox
• Microsoft Edge (Version 41.1 or later)
• Safari

Internet Explorer is NOT supported.

Step-by-step guide

1. If you do not already have access to the Ellucian Hub:
   
   1. Go to https://www.ellucian.okta.com/  <enter>customer-center
   2. Click the On the bottom right there is a prompt to 'Sign Up for a Hub account' button
   3. follow Follow the instructions and submit
   4. You will receive an email in a couple of days 
2. If you already have access to the Ellucian Hub:
   
   1. Go the same link, to https://www.ellucian.okta.com/ 
   2. enter your user name and password
   3. customer-center
   4. Click the 'Sign In' button
   5. Enter your username and password
   6. Click Sign In
