Use the MARC Import Utility to copy the MARC records from your PC to the production server
Use the "MRB Acq Load BooksBib Records" report to load the MARC records into the Unicorn database
Log-on to the production server (sirsisym1.drew.edu) using Windows’ Remote Desktop Connection or desktop shortcut (User name and password are IN the the Physical Interacq file if you can't remember). Do not Login as mbeland! Login under a different acocunt - sirsimaint.
Double-click "the camel" on the desktop to load the order info

Go in to WorkFlows’ Display Order and search for the PO Number to see everything worked
Log Off of Rivers by clicking Start | Log Off Repeat out loud: !!ALWAYS LOG OFF sirsisym1.drew.edu by clicking the little person icon on upper right portion of the screen next to "SIRSI Maintenance" and then click Sign Out !!ALWAYS SIGN OUT - NEVER SHUT DOWN!! Never select the "XPOWER" at the top right of the screen either.
Delete the file of MARC records from your PC
