As you know, cyber crime remains an extremely high risk for universities and colleges across America including ransomware attacks. In addition to the risk, there is also a high price to be paid for cyber insurance. One of the main factors in our cost is the level of awareness training completed by our faculty and staff.

Drew launched their first round of training using KnowBe4 in October 2022 (because October is Cybersecurity Awareness Month). Additional training rounds will follow throughout the year.

The invitation to begin this Invitations to take assigned training will come from do-not-reply@training.knowbe4.com. The message should not be flagged as spam; however, should you have a question about the authenticity of the email you receive, you can call the Technology User Experience team at 973-408-4357 or forward the email to helpdesk@drewux@drew.edu. If you have questions about the requirement to participate in this training, please speak with your supervisor or Drew’s the Human Resources department.
