1. If you do not already have access to the Ellucian Hub:
   
   1. Go to https://www.ellucian.okta.com/customer-center
   2. On the bottom right there is a prompt to Click the 'Sign Up for a Hub account' button
   3. Follow the instructions and submit
   4. You will receive an email in a couple of days 
2. If you already have access to the Ellucian Hub:
   
   1. Go to https://www.ellucian.okta.com/customer-center
   2. Click the 'Sign In' button
   3. Enter your username and password
   4. Click Sign In

If you have trouble being directed properly, try clearing your browser cache and cookies or using a different browser. If that doesn't work, follow the "Contact Us" link to report the problem to Ellucian.
