The Customer Center replaces the former Ellucian HUB.

Step-by-step guide
- If you do not already have access to the Ellucian Hub:
- Go to https://ellucian.okta.com/ <enter>
- On the bottom right there is a prompt to 'Sign Up for a Hub account'
- follow the instructions and submit
- You will receive an email in a couple of days
- If you already have access to the Ellucian Hub:
- Go the same link, https://ellucian.okta.com/
- enter your user name and password
