Zoom issued an update that adds a new security icon to the host's toolbar. Read about the update here, and look to Drew's Zoom FAQ for steps on updating if your app does not prompt you. You want to be running Zoom version 4.6.10 - on all of the devices you might use it on. |
A free Zoom account allows you to host group meetings up to 40 minutes in duration.
Many Drew employees have Pro user accounts that would enable them to host longer meetings, and to record if needed.
If you would like to request a meeting or two, please email helpdesk@drew.edu with the following:
Name of meeting(s)
Date and time of meeting(s)
Is a webcam needed?
