For full Citrix CloudPC functionality, do not use Chrome. Use Firefox, Safari, or IE. If you have any issues printing, accessing local drives, or copying and pasting, your session is likely using the HTML5 in-browser CloudPC client. Contact the Service Center at x4357 or through https://help.drew.edu for assistance setting up the Citrix Receiver.

Our CloudPC environment will be updated for compatibility with Chrome in the coming months.

When you first launch CloudPC, you will be prompted to install a small program called the Citrix Receiver (learn how). Installing the Receiver allows you to utilize full CloudPC functionality. However if you do not wish to, are unable to install Receiver at this time, or are using a device on which you cannot install programs, like a Chromebook, basic access to CloudPC applications will still be available right from within your browser.
