What is the G Suite Marketplace?

The G Suite Marketplace offers products that can be used in conjunction with G Suite products (like Gmail or Google Docs). They can offer additional functionality that you don't find built in to the G Suite products. However, these apps are provided by third-party vendors who offer various levels of support and security protections. They may not continue to be available if the vendor decides to withdraw them from the Marketplace.

Please note that each add-on and plug-in has its own terms of service and is not covered under Drew's agreement with Google.

What Data Can Be Used with an Add-On or Plug-In?

Again, each add-on and plug-in has its own terms of service and is not covered under Drew's agreement with Google.

Please respect FERPA guidelines and Drew's Responsible Use of University Data Policy when considering any add-on or plug-in that will be given access to University data.

Google offers some recommendations for evaluating a Marketplace app's security.

Assistance with G Suite Marketplace Add-Ons and Plug-Ins

Due to the nature of the G Suite Marketplace apps, University Technology offers very limited user support for them. We can assist with enabling an app, but cannot be responsible for use of these tools nor their continued availability.
