What is a Shared Drive?
A Shared Drive is a space in Google Drive that works similarly to sharing files from My Drive, except that the folders and files are "owned" by the University instead of an individual account. In a way, it is like a network drive, but hosted by Google.

- The permissions given to the list of Shared Drives members cannot be reduced or removed on files or folders within the Drive.
- That is, if Person A is given view access at the Shared Drive top level, Folder 24 cannot be hidden from them.
- Within a Shared Drive, Google Forms cannot use the File Upload question type.
