- Search by title
- Scan the collections record for accuracy
- Always TAB through order fields. Pressing return will complete the form as is (incomplete).
- Check price in order field.
- Enter in PO number with this convention: MLS110916M MLSyymmddM ("M" is for Matthew)
- Make sure you enter fund information. Without it, the segments will be unbalanced once the order is created.
- Chosse RUSH in the Alternate account field if the title is indeed RUSH
- Vendor Notes: Please RUSH this title. Thank you!
- Click Add to cart
- Repeat steps 2-9 for each title to order
- Go to Pending Actions and then Confirm Order Transactions
- Check all of your titles. Approve them.

In WorkFlows…
Use the MARC Import Utility to copy the MARC records from your PC to the production server
Use the Bibload "MRB Acq Load Bib Records" report to load the MARC records into the Unicorn database
Be sure to uncheck the “junktags” box!
Log-on to the production server (Riverssirsisym1.drew.edu) using Windows’ Remote Desktop Connection or desktop shortcut (USer User name and password are the IN the Physical Interacq file if you can't remember). Do not Login as mbeland! Login under a different acocunt - sirsimaint.
Double-click "the MidWest bibOrderLoad camel" on the desktop to load the order info

Go in to WorkFlows’ Display Order and search for the PO Number to see everything worked
Log Off of Rivers by clicking Start | Log Off Repeat out loud: !!ALWAYS LOG OFF sirsisym1.drew.edu by clicking the little person icon on upper right portion of the screen next to "SIRSI Maintenance" and then click Sign Out !!ALWAYS SIGN OUT - NEVER SHUT DOWN!! Never select the "XPOWER" at the top right of the screen either.
Delete the file of MARC records from your PC
Delete the file of MARC records from the InterACQ website by check the box in the left column and clicking the “Delete” button.
