To see if anyone has shared citation groups with you, go to the Organize tab and choose Other's Groups.
You'll be able to see the list of groups shared with you there.
However, to look at citations in one of those groups, you'll need to go to the My References tab
and look in the left menu for Groups Shared By Others.
Clicking on the group name there there will let you see the list of references.
