IT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE HOST TO MAKE SURE THEIR GUEST(S) IS REGISTERED CORRECTLY. Providing incorrect registration information will be considered a violation of policy by the host. Failure to register a guest may result in a fine. Visits by fellow students: Consideration must be given to the needs and rights of roommates. Residence Life staff reserve the right to intervene if a roommate’s rights are not being observed.

During Senior Week, underclass students who are the guests of graduating seniors may stay on campus but not in their own rooms. All rules above, apply to Senior Week guests, with the following additions.

Senior hosts must first notify the Office of Residence Life of by emailing Reslife@drew.edu  , indicating the senior host name, current senior building and room space, and who their guest(s) will be.  Once Residence Life approves a Senior for guest(s), the senior may then fill out the Guest Registration form online http://www.drew.edu/reslife/guest-registration-form  to receive final approval.  All forms must be received by Residence Life by May 9th at 12:00 P.M. 

Guests must check out at their normal time, and then and the guests must check out of their room in order to stay in the room of the senior host. Any violation of Daniel’s Dictionary or the Guest policy will result in immediate removal of the guest and impede the senior host’s ability to participate in senior activities or Commencement.
