There are updates coming to the Ellucian Customer Center! What has been called the Ellucian Hub will be replaced by the Ellucian Customer Center in February 2019, and they have tried to make it easier to navigate and easier to know what each function is. What is the Ellucian Hub?


This is the secured location where Ellucian provides access to the following Applications (chicklets):

  1. eCommunities
  2. Ellucian Support Center
    1. Articles
    2. Documentation Libraries (handbooks, release guides, upgrade guides, list of change requests delivered with a release)
    3. Ideas
    4. Reports
    5. Dashboards (including Product Calendar/ release information)
    6. access to the support center (action line) 
  3. Banner 9 information and webinars
  4. Global Education Services
    1. On-Demand Subscription Library
    2. Learning Paths
    3. Instructor Lead Training

Step-by-step guide

  1. If you do not already have access to the Ellucian Hub:
    1. Go to https://ellucian.okta.com/  <enter>
    2. On the bottom right there is a prompt to 'Sign Up for a Hub account'
    3. follow the instructions and submit
    4. You will receive an email in a couple of days 
  2. If you already have access to the Ellucian Hub:
    1. Go the same link, https://ellucian.okta.com/ 
    2. enter your user name and password
