The Text reads:
I, LUTHER B. WILSON, President of the Board of Trustees of Drew Theological Seminary of the Methodist Episcopal Church, duly constituted a corporate body by Chap- ter 2 of the Laws of the State of New Jersey for the year 1868, hereby certify that Said Corporation by order of its Board of Trustees at a meeting regularly and duly held on the 26th day of January, 1928, declared their intention to change its corporate name to that of "Drew University" and that henceforth it shall be known by said name of "Drew University". That the following is a copy of said resolution: RESOLVED that the corporate name of Drew Theological Seminary of the Method- IN WITNESS THEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand this 2nd day of February 1928.
