University Technology is responsible for creating sites at http://sites.drew.edu, be they personal, class, or club sites.
- Approval for club sites must be obtained from Student Activities, who will provide the name and URL (to complete the sites.google.com/a/drew.edu/ address) for the website.
- Verna will handle club site creation.
- Nicole will handle personal and class site creation.

- Site visibility will be set to Public on the web"
- Access should be changed to "Can view"
- Student Activities (stuactiv@drew.edu) will be made owner of all club sites.
Personal and Class Sites
Do we want to suggest defaults, or build these on a case by case basis?
Questions to be answered
- Will ETC redirect existing groups.drew.edu pages to the new Google Sites URLs?
- Do we want a form to collect information from student groups requesting a Google site? Would it be better to have Student Activities make the decision on name and URL?
- Confirm that editors can change site name, but not URL.
Notes
- Unlike Google Drive documents or spreadsheets, you must click Save to save the edits made to a Site page!
