By using CloudPC to run Argos, you avoid concern over the version of Java you are running and needing to create exceptions. University Technology advises that anyone who needs to run reports in Argos (and cannot do so through the Argos Web Viewer at evmaps.drew.edu) follow these steps to use CloudPC.

  1. Navigate your approved browser to cloudpc.drew.edu.
  2. Log in if prompted.
  3. If you have not used CloudPC before, follow the instructions at Setting Up Citrix Workspace for CloudPC.
  4. At the CloudPC desktop, use the Search box at the top right to find "Argos Reporting PROD". Click on the result in the menu to add the shortcut to your CloudPC desktop.
  5. Click the icon on the desktop to launch Argos Reporting PROD.
  6. Click "Permit use" on the Citrix Workspace - Security Warning box that pops up.
  7. Choose "Continue to this website (not recommended)."
  8. Choose "Continue" at the next Security Warning pop up.
  9. At the next Security Warning pop up, check the box next to "I accept the risk and want to run this application" and click Run.
  10. Log in to Argos and run the report(s) you need.
