Instructions if they call for help enrolling:

  1. Log ticket (Duo Security type, change reporter to the caller)
  2. Direct them to drew.edu/duo (or https://s.drew.edu/scripts/ut/2factor/)
  3. Instruct them to follow the directions, providing their phone number and installing the app on their phone
  4. After they are enrolled, ask them to visit drew.edu/duo again and to use the "Send Me a Push" button to make sure everything is working. They can "Log Out" using the button at the bottom once they are finished.
  5. Close the ticket. Log time worked.

If the drew.edu/duo shortcut isn't working, or the link in their activation email isn't working, and you can send people a new link, send them this one: https://s.drew.edu/scripts/ut/2factor/

If they call because they can't log in, follow the steps at Duo Security Compulsory Enrollment. Duo label on the General ticket, username in ticket, 24 hours conversation, all that jazz.
